Anurag Garg also applied for the Bail on 4th May 2017 but unfortunately the Bail application was disposed by Chief Judicial Magistrate of Gautam Budh Nagar Court.
He then applied Release Application directly on 13th May 2017 and the case was registered in the court and the next hearing date for the same application has been decided to be on 20th July 2017.
He applied for another bail application on 18 May 2017 and the application has been registered under the District & Session Judge of Gautam Budh Nagar Court. Hearing date for the Bail Application is decided to be on 26th May 2017.
But Garg’s case seems quite complicate that his case has not yet been allocated to court for the trial to happen.
Garg’s case was registered for allocating the court on 16th May 2017, but it’s not yet been allocated to any court in the Gautam Budh Nagar.

This case again is same as that of Social Trade for which Anubhav Mittal and his team is behind the bars and are struggling to get rid of the legalities.
