After a huge Achievement at Lucknow court against the ED Team, Social Trade Members, Anubhav Mittal, Sridhar Prasad and Mahesh Dayal got bail from Lucknow court and their case is handed back to the UP STF team, Surajpur for which their case will be brought and further proceedings will take place in District & Session court, Gautam Buddh Nagar.

Following the rule , Case against Anubhav Mittal, Sridhar Prasad and Mahesh Dayal has been registered in the District & Session court, Gautam Budh Nagar and same has been listed below:

1.) Anubhav Mittal:

In the above update, Anubhav Mittal’s case has been registered on 2nd May 2017 in Gautam Budh Nagar and he is accused of IPC Sections, 420 & 406. The details of both the IPC Sections are given below:
IPC Section 420:Â Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property
Punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine – Compoundable
IPC Section 406:Â Punishment for criminal breach of trust
Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both. – Compoundable
Now as the case has been registered in the Gautam Buddh Nagar court, it will soon start the hearing procedures.

1.) Sridhar Prasad:

Sridhar Prasad is also accused of the same charges as that of Anubhav Mittal and his case has been registered in the court on 1st of May 2017 but the particular court has not been yet allocated for his proceedings and it is expected to soon follow the rules and start the proceedings.

1.) Mahesh Dayal:

Mahesh Dayal is accused of the only one IPC Section i.e IPC 420, as he was an employee of the company and was following the orders from the responsible authorities of the company i.e Anubhav Mittal & Sridhar Prasad. His case was registered in the Gautam Buddh Nagar court on 1st of May 2017 and one hearing has already been done and he has been ordered by the court to be present in the court on 31st July 2017.
Release our Md.or cheif of ST Mr. Anubhv Mittal as soon as possible for running ST’s whole machinery in to track. Most of the ST members expecting same.
Anubhav Mittal and party are the big frauds.
The top leaders were tempting small investors to put money into the system by showing their income.
Every Saturday/ Sunday, there were seminars in all corners of NCR to bring more people into the network.
I would request the Hon’ble Court to trace the people who earned lakhs and crores at the cost of poor people.
Untill unless a tough decision will not come, these leaders will keep on making money thro different concepts.
