It’s been a long time that we got any information about Anubhav Mittal and Social Trade. Latest news that we got from our sources is, a release application has been filed on 21-08-2017 in the District Court of Gautam Budh Nagar and this release application could be either for the release of Assets of Anubhav Mittal / Social Trade or any other property that might be attached by the ED team in the case for further proceedings.
The case was registered on 21-08-2017 and has been presented before the Chief Judicial Magistrate of Gautam Budh Nagar on the same day.
There was altogether four Release Application filed for Anubhav Mittal / Social Trade on the same date i.e 21-08-2017.
Sections mentioned in the case registered is IPC 420, which states, “Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property. The maximum punishment which can be awarded is imprisonment for a term of 7 years and fine.“
According to our source, the case has been contested by the Advocate YOGESH KUMAR SOLANKI of UP State and the Advocate of Anubhav Mittal.

The result of the hearing held on 21-08-2017 in the District Court of Gautam Budh Nagar says, the case has been decided and is disposed of by the Chief Judicial Magistrate and the release application of anything mentioned by the petitioner will not be granted. It also states all four release applications have been disposed of.
