Anubhav Mittal, from the date of getting Arrested i.e 1st February till today, it has been 22 days and yet there has nothing been proved against Anubhav Mittal beside the Module of the Business which is Illegal in India and is called a Ponzi scheme. From the day, Anubhav Mittal has been Arrested following things has come out but then nothing could be discovered yet that could hold Mittal behind the bars for a long time.
1.) Special Task Force, Surajpur (STF)
STF arrested Anubhav and his two friends against the FIR lodged by the STF Personnel itself who was one of the Investors of the company.
After arresting Mittal, STF declared Mittal to be the fraud of 3700 crores but failed to prove the same by any means in the court and which led them to involve Income Tax and Financial Departments.
But None of the Financial Department came forward to take this case and rather demanded to have a particular regulatory body to handle such financial business model in India from the India Government.
And then came the Income-tax Department,
2.) Income Tax Department (IT Department of India)

Even though they have given an Idea of Bankrupt, But the point is not yet proved. These days everything is transparent and when Team Edunia talked to some of the Gold and Diamond members of the company, they could show their TDS updated on their PAN by Ablaze Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. on their respective pan cards which proved that the Income-tax departments couldn’t do any legal actions against the company and even if IT Dept. got anything proved the case wouldn’t have been handed over to ED now.
Hence the conclusion for IT Dept. is really clear that they didn’t find anything Against Mittal pr the company which could be legally wrong
Now the Case has been given by Directorate of Enforcement, India (ED) from the Zonal Region of Lucknow. and they have been investigating on this case and the next hearing date for the result and proofs that ED could obtain is on the 4th of March.
