Mahesh Dayal, who was the Technical head of the entire Social Trade Website and used to handle all the new implementations. He got bail from Lucknow last month and then his trail is being followed at Gautam Budh Nagar Court which is filed by UP STF, Surajpur station.
It’s been noticed that, Mahesh Dayal have been continuously applying for the Bail as he is accused of Prize Chits and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act Under Section(s) 5,6.
There was a hearing for his one of the bail application on 23 May 2017 and the result of the same is as follows:
Here, the case was presented in front of Assistant Judge on 23 May and the case has been disposed (Rejcted).
