Japan Streets Were full of Foam After the Earthquake

After a fatal tremor of 7.3 extents hit Japan, An unexplained floor covering of frothy air pockets filled avenues in the focal point of the southern Japanese city of Fukuoka in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Fukuoka is 90km far from Kumamoto, where the most grounded tremors were felt.
