Anubhav Mittal case which was handed over to Directorate of Enforcement, Lucknow and the hearing for the case was scheduled today i.e on 4 March 2017.
The case was heard today, ED Team has presented almost all the evidence they obtained against Mittal and also presented the case details of the Bank Managers involved in the fraud. Hearing and noticing all the evidence that was brought in the notice of the court, the case hearing has been re-scheduled on 18 March 2017.
Mittal is yet accused of many charges by STF but here we cannot see any other charges from ED team yet but the order statement for the case hearing today is yet to come and we will update the same asap.
