As updated in yesterday’s post, Anubhav Mittal was to be present in the court for the hearing on 18th February 2017 and the response of the hearing is again saddening for the supporters of Social Trade and Anubhav Mittal as the hearing date for the next session has been given for the 4th of March 2017.

Directorate of Enforcement has taken the entire case with them in order to get deep into this case as the STF has not yet been able to prove anything against Anubhav Mittal nor Income Tax department. Now ED will be digging more into the project and only if ED gets nothing and show clean chit, Anubhav Mittal has any chances of getting out and get back into the business.

The full hearing report will be published in our next post because we have to be sure on the news we are getting from our sources.

Till now we have managed to have the report of today’s hearing as shown in the images.

As ED has taken over the case from the initial point, no charges are applied on Anubhav Mittal from them and only after the deeper research form ED Team, they will be applying the charges if anything is found wrong.

So for let’s wait until 4th of March and hope that ED gets nothing against the Company and Anubhav Mittal and so Investors can get their money back and start working again.
