After the last encounter of Anubhav Mittal at County Club in Greater Noida, there has been no news on the case. It was informed that those policemen who took Mittal to the Restaurants were suspended. Edunia team followed the story in order to find the status of the Bail Application that was recently presented to the Gautam Budh Nagar court for Anubhav Mittal.
Bail application for Mittal was filed and heard on 2nd of December 2019. But the result of the application was, the Bail was not granted. Rather the application was disposed of, and the Nature of Disposal was told to be Uncontested. The order copy was however not uploaded by the court online.
Mittal’s case has been going on since Feb 2017 at various courts of Gautam Budh Nagar, Lucknow, Faridabad, etc but none of the cases is yet decided and people are still suffering from the loss that they had to bear after their hard-earned money was gone.

Lucknow Court:
Above is the criminal case going on from the last two years and it’s not decided yet. It was recently heard on 13th December 2019 and the result was;
Hence next hearing date was given for 29th January 2020.
Gautam Budh Nagar Court:
Above mentioned criminal case has been there in the Gautam Budh Nagar District court for last three years but the case is still ongoing.
Above case is also pending in the Gautam Budh Nagar District court but no decision has been announced yet.
A new government comes into the power by giving us the hope to have a fast track court but everything seems to be “Jumla” from the present Government.
