Anubhav Mittal Applied for Bail Application Again:
It’s been noticed from the day of rejection of criminal revision case that, the case of Anubhav Mittal has been stopped moving forward. Anubhav Mittal has been accused of different charges by the UP STF team among which are, IPC 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 34.
Having all the above mentioned charges, now Mittal has applied for bail application again on 9th of June to which the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar has responded and have the hearing date of 15th November 2017.
This Judicial System is again getting in to people nerves. Police has not been providing any proof against the Accused person neither any charge-sheet was filled by the Directorate of Enforcement in the Lucknow court and taking this case over and over to the next hearing date is making the investors of the company go crazy.
Mittal was arrested on 2nd February 2017 and till now, no judgement has been given by the court of Lucknow or Gautam Budh Nagar apart from cancelling the bail application.
UP Government on the other hand says to have a fast deciding Judicial System in the state and the Government of India says the same but there’s difference between talking and fulfilling.
