It has been over 10 years since the music has been released and yet every time we hear it, the feel the music gives cannot be described in words. Whether it is a sudden love and admiration for the nation or the musician himself or the music is something that we cannot tell.

2. Soundtrack from Roja

Even though this was his first ever soundtrack, it is an ever-living one. The emotions of the characters in the movie have been included in the music so well that even after so many years, it still continues to live on. The soundtrack has also been listed as the ‘Best soundtracks of all time.’

3. Khwaja Mere Khwaja, Jodha Akbar

The music that is almost similar to Sufi music takes us to different levels of calmness and peace. The song is beautiful for relaxation and has indeed found its purpose. The song is genuinely devotional and yet apt for the situation in the movie.

4.  Jai Ho, Slumdog Millionaire

The song that one-two academy awards along with the numerous number of other awards is worth mentioning. With fast-paced music and catching chorus, the music was sung not just by the whole country but around the world as well.

A totally different song charged up with amazing lyrics and music. It is different from the traditional Bollywood songs and has a naturalness to add on. The song also contains a message that can be valid throughout all ages.
